  • Get ready to move your spine in all directions and push your Pilates knowledge to the edge. You will have the box on for 50% of class.

  • A total body workout that is ideal for beginners, but challenging enough for the more experienced who seek to refine their Pilates fundamentals.

  • Warehouse 20 20 20
  • 20 minutes Mat, 20 minutes Barre, 20 Minutes reformer

  • Warehouse Power Stretch
  • Enjoy 50 minutes of combined beginner Pilates exercises and power stretches. We will use balls, fitness rings, and foam rollers to get a total body stretch. Enhance your Pilates work with these wonderful stretches.
